Guide to Cure Steel Pizza Pans
1) Add some olive oil with a brush on the entire surface
2) Bake the pan
 Temperature: 610°F
 Oven Set up: 6 Bottom and 2 Top (For Moretti Forni Ovens)
 Time: 5 minutes
 Oven Vent: Open
 Hood: On
3) Once the pan is cold, clean it with paper
4) Repeat the process 3 times
