Warranty Policies and Conditions

 

Return policy

Only returns requested by a Dealer will be considered. The dealer is required to complete the form at the following link.

All returns need prior authorization from AMPTO and an RMA#.

NO EXCEPTIONS: The following costs will apply to the accepted return.

  • A 25% restocking fee
  • Full freight/shipping costs for the outbound shipment regardless of it having qualified for Free Freight
  • Full freight/shipping costs for the inbound shipment regardless of it having qualified for Free Freight

Returns will only be allowed on items returned within 30 days of the invoice date. The item must be new (never used) and in its original sealed packaging to be approved for return. Pictures are required*.

AMPTO does not accept any open package items.

If approved, the Dealer must manage the BOL or Label for the return with its own account. If the Dealer does not wish to use its carrier account, the Dealer will assume the full quoted cost from the carrier and will assume all the risks of shipping- including but not limited to loss, damage, or dent that may occur during the return transit.

AMPTO reserves the right to reject any shipment, if it was not authorized with an RMA# or if upon arrival at our warehouse the packaging has any signs of damage. If the return is accepted, we will inspect it and deduct all the damage costs.

All parts ordered are considered final sales and are NOT eligible for return.

AMPTO does not provide refunds to end users. The end user must contact the dealer the unit was purchased from.

Moretti Forni equipment is excluded from returns.
