Material Information

The blue color of the steel is achieved through a controlled oxidation process using steam. This process is non-toxic.

⚠️ Contact with acidic foods may alter the surface color.


Product Condition (As Supplied)

This pan is supplied with a protective layer of industrial oil to prevent oxidation during storage and shipping. The product is packaged inside a protective bag.


Before First Use

  1. Rinse the pan thoroughly with hot water.
  2. Dry completely.
  3. Place in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes to remove the protective oil.
  4. After heating, wash again with hot water and dry thoroughly.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Do NOT put in dishwasher.
  • Wash with hot water only and dry immediately after cleaning.
  • For stuck-on food, use a non-metal scraper or spatula.
  • Always dry completely to prevent rust.

Usage Recommendations

  • Apply a light coating of oil before and after each use to maintain performance and prevent rust.
  • Store the pan lightly oiled, preferably wrapped or in a protective bag.

Important Warnings

  • Avoid contact with acidic foods (may affect surface).
  • Do not touch the pan when hot without protection.
  • Do NOT scratch or damage the surface coating.
  • Do not exceed 482°F (250°C).
  • Avoid direct exposure to open flame or embers.
    ⚠️ Failure to follow these guidelines may cause warping or deformation.
