  3. Track Your Status: You can track the status by replying to the email you will receive with the respective case number.

* Initial Service Hold: Once our Service Department reviews the details of your request, an Initial Service Hold may be required to proceed. The initial hold is placed to make sure everything is set up correctly and securely. This helps prevent billing errors, avoids service issues later, and ensures you only pay for what you actually need. Once this review is complete, our service department proceeds with your request.
