When planning to purchase an oven, dimensions and ventilation each play an important role.
.
Our ovens allow for two kinds of ventilation configurations:
Direct and Hood ventilation
.
Our units come equipped with a compact steam collector that can be easily detached on-site, if necessary or if it is not required.
.
Direct Ventilation vs Hood Ventilation
.
For direct ventilation connections that require collection of steam and heat expelled from the door, one should keep the front-end unit (circled in red in the example Amalfi below). In the example above, a 52-1/8" clearance is essential for direct ventilation.
.
For hood ventilation (installing the unit under an exhaust hood), the front piece can be removed, allowing the unit to be placed under a 44" deep hood.
