How to storage the Blue steel pans

Blue steel pans are a type of carbon steel cookware that can develop a nonstick surface with proper seasoning and care. To store them, you should follow these steps: 

- Clean the pan after each use with hot water and a soft sponge. Avoid using soap or abrasive materials that can damage the seasoning.

- Dry the pan thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel. You can also heat it over low flame to evaporate any moisture.

- Rub a thin layer of oil on the entire surface of the pan, including the handle and the edges. Use a neutral oil with a high smoke point, such as vegetable, canola, or grapeseed oil.

- Store the pan in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. You can stack it with other pans, but make sure to place a paper towel or a silicone mat between them to prevent scratching.
